About the conference
The conference is addressed to students and doctoral candidates at Łazarski University and other universities in Poland. The event will feature three panel discussions covering the following topics:
- civil law,
- administration law,
- criminal law.
The inaugural lecture „The doctrine of abuse in International Law as a limit on the exercise of taxing power – methodology, financing, and preliminary research conclusions” will be delivered by Błażej Kuźniacki, Ph.D., Professor at Łazarski University and senior researcher affiliate at Singapore Management University.
The lecture will provide an introduction to research methodology.

An active role in the Conference
We kindly invite you to submit abstracts.
The abstract should indicate the topic of the presentation, be no longer than 250 words, and include 5 keywords.
Please submit your abstracts using the form below by May 8, 2026.
Authors selected for active participation will be notified by email by May 15, 2026.
Publication of a scientific article
Conference participants who are selected to actively participate in the Conference may submit a scholarly article for publication in Veritas Iuris, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth on the journal’s website: https://vi.lazarski.pl/vi/pl/dla-autorow.
The text of the scientific article proposed for publication must be submitted along with a review by the academic advisor by July 31, 2026.
